The team at Bush and Beyond have over four hundred years of combined experience and are able to manage all of your needs from the moment you arrive until you depart – including checking availabilities and making bookings at properties, arranging any internal flights/transfers or any other ground handling arrangements.
Reservations Team
The reservations team of five have over 68 years of combined experience managing the reservations for the Bush & Beyond properties. The reservations team take bookings that are specific to the Bush & Beyond properties which do not involve any ground logistics.
International Sales Team
The international sales team of ten have a huge amount of experience in planning safari itineraries throughout East Africa. They are your main point of contact from the initial safari itinerary request right through the quoting and invoicing stages up to when the clients have finished their safari and left for home.
Operations Team
When a safari itinerary is confirmed by one of the international sales team - the operations team send all properties and services a confirmation voucher with all relevant information. When the safari is in country, the operations team monitor all day to day logistics and transfers to ensure a smooth and seamless safari.
Accounts Team
The accounts team have the task of keeping track of payments received and disbursements paid for all manner of services. Once your safari itinerary or provisional booking confirms, the accounts department take charge of all the finances.
Product & Marketing Team
Bush & Beyond has marketing representation in the U.S and the U.K, Product and Rates team together with an in house digital, IT and designer.
