10% Discount on accommodation for guests staying 5 nights or more at any one, or combination, of Bush and Beyond properties.

Here’s how it works:
A minimum two-night stay per property is required.
Day rooms and split-night stays at The Emakoko aren’t eligible.
The Emakoko can be part of the circuit - just note that one-night stays will be charged at the full rate while the 10% would apply to the other properties if the booking meets the criteria.

Valid travel period:
For new bookings received from the 19th of March 2026 the offer will apply to bookings staying from the 1st of June to the 19th of December 2026 and 4th January to 31st May 2027, and 1st November to 19th December 2027.

Please note that while the Northern Properties are closed over November, The Emakoko, Tangulia Mara, Tangulia Ndogo and Mara Siana remain open to guests who would like to take advantage of the savings over this green season.
