Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Endless plains, epic migration and Africa at its most cinematic.

Why Serengeti?

The Great Migration Landscape

The Serengeti is Tanzania’s defining safari wilderness - vast horizons, golden grasslands and wildlife on a scale that feels almost mythic. This is where the Great Migration unfolds in dramatic seasonal chapters, from calving in the south to river crossings in the north.

Between December and March, the southern plains host thousands of wildebeest calves, drawing concentrated predator activity. From June to October, herds move northward, with river crossings providing some of Africa’s most iconic wildlife moments. Beyond migration season, the Serengeti remains exceptional year-round, with resident predators, expansive photographic landscapes and true wilderness scale.

Game drives here are about immersion, long horizons, open skies and a sense of movement across ecosystems.
